Vega is a measuring system based on machine vision technology. This measuring device supports the vehicle diagnosis and reparation processes by means of accurate measurements extrapolated from photos. The system is essentially composed by a cross-shaped device with interchangeable probe and by a good commercial reflex photo camera, which is connected to the user pc, where photos are elaborated and coordinates calculated.
Thanks to its simplicity, Vega can be more reliable and price competitive than traditional electronic measuring systems.
